Options and accessories
Inline coating systems from PVA combine a wide range of coating options and applications in one system. With PVA's options and accessories, they can be tailored to individual coating requirements.
Tilt and rotation:
Slim 4th axis
The 4th axis allows tilting and manual rotation of up to two valves, applying material in a precise and controlled manner even in areas that cannot be reached with a typical vertical valve orientation.
The use of two valves on the slim fourth axis allows parallel processing of jobs, as the system can be equipped with multiple tools.
More flexibility:
Programmable tilt
As an alternative to the 4th axis, this tilt axis enables a motorized, programmable valve tilt with an angle of ±50°. Thanks to the increased tilt angle flexibility, even components that are difficult to access can be precisely sealed.
The tilt axis is designed for one valve, but can use up to four valves in combination with the Tool Changer.
Productivity:
Tool Changer
With the Tool Changer, there is room for up to four additional valves in the machine, which are automatically removed and used during the job. With the Tool Changer, the number of applications per machine can be increased without sacrificing working space.
Process control:
Flow Monitor
The Flow Monitor precisely measures the amount of material dispensed during a job. Individual limit values can be specified for different materials and dispensing paths.
Traceability:
Barcode Scanner
The user-friendly barcode scanner achieves the best contrast at any PCB color for error-free code reading with its numerous, configurable optics and illumination functions.
Precision:
Fiducial camera
The fiducial camera reliably detects all standard fiducials. Offset, rotation and slant of the workpiece are automatically compensated for, ensuring accurate application of the coating and high process repeatability.
