Increased product service life
A coating film protects the PCB and components from moisture, wetness, dust, dirt or other environmental factors that can lead to corrosion and failure of the assembly. Especially assemblies that are used in extreme environments or are frequently exposed to changing weather conditions should be provided with a coating (conformal coating) to protect the PCB and thus increase the longevity of the product.
One system - all applications
Dispensing and coating systems from PVA are designed for the precise coating of densely populated PCBs and combine dispensing and coating applications, allowing high-viscosity materials such as adhesives and sealants as well as low-viscosity materials such as acrylic and silicone to be applied to the PCB with just one system.
