Service hotline and ticket system
Our support team is on hand to help you with all matters relating to your machine and is always just a few clicks away thanks to our service hotline and service email. With our ticket system, we ensure that no request is lost.

No two SMD productions are the same and therefore no two support requirements are the same - ready-made standard service packages are not enough.
With SmartRep service contracts, you receive exactly the level of support you need and benefit from numerous advantages: With our modular service model, you can put together your own individual contract.
Trainings
Whether you are a system beginner or an experienced programmer with specific questions, our training courses will turn you into a system professional. We always tailor our training courses to your individual level of knowledge and adapt the content to your needs. We offer our training courses both as standard training courses and as a cross-company training concept.
Machine demos
See the quality of our systems for yourself! You are also welcome to bring your own circuit boards and assemblies to the demo and test our systems under your real conditions.
Maintenance and calibration
Once a year, we put your systems through their paces at your premises. Our specialist staff will subject the system to complete maintenance with cleaning and, if required, subsequent calibration. The calibration and a proof of machine capability also serve as a certificate for your customers. In this way, you can ensure that your system is properly maintained and prove its process capability.
