Cooling systems

Store solder paste in a cool place with cooling cabinets from MP Dry

A powerful cooling unit combined with strong insulation makes it possible to maintain the programmed temperature level (down to below 0°C).

The cooling systems are characterized by their access from both sides via the front and rear doors in conjunction with RFID access control. This allows the material flow in the entire production hall to be effectively controlled and FIFO systems to be used if required.

Store in a cool place

Longer shelf life

Solder paste contains flux and solder particles, which can change if the storage temperature is too high and reduce the shelf life of the solder paste. Cool storage prevents these negative changes.

Maintaining viscosity

If the storage temperatures are too high, the solder paste can clump or the flux can evaporate, which can lead to problems in the printing process. When stored in a cool place, the solder paste retains its viscosity for a longer period of time.
