Chaotic storage principle
The chaotic storage principle allows full utilization of all available storage locations: Containers with the same component reels do not have to be stored next to each other, but can be stored in any free storage space. Nevertheless, there is no need to search for the right material for a long time when removing it from storage: The smart systems recognize where which material has been stored and guide the operator during retrieval with light signals (pick by light).
