We are ISO certified
It is our mission to help our customers continuously improve their SMD processes with our solutions. For us, however, process improvement does not end with the customer: We continuously develop our workflows and maintain a high standard for processes, products and services that enables us to optimize our service for our customers and suppliers and thus achieve even better satisfaction in our business relationships.
Our quality management standard is ISO-certified
We have held the ISO 9001 badge since 2014, and in 2018 we received certification for the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our standard is regularly reviewed by external auditors. In the case of SmartRep, the review of the management system covers the areas of sales, application and service of high-tech capital goods for electronics production.
