Dual- or Multi-Magazine

Unloaders enable the automatic unloading of PCBs from the production line into a magazine. Placed after an inspection system, the systems can be used for automatic good/bad sorting.

Combination loader- and unloader

The function of the magazine loader and unloader is combined in this system in an extremely efficient and space-saving way. Very cost-effective stand-alone solutions for process systems can be realized with a combi system.

Conveyor

For the transfer, transport and buffering of the curcuit boards in your production line, we offer a wide product portfolio. In addition to standard conveyor in different widths, we have a lot of special solutions:


Conveyor

For the transport of PBCs between different steps of the process, we offer conveyor belts in several widths.

Flip station

With the turning station, printed circuit boards can be turned vertically (top down) by 180° in a production line fully automatically.

Buffer

Get a little room to breathe – with a buffer! To prevent machine downtime, bad boards can be moved to a buffer. Traffic jam on the production line can also be avoided. 


Magazine Buffer

The magazine buffer enables the buffering in and out of entire magazines in one production line. The buffering is based on the FIFI/LIFO principle.

LiFo-Buffer

With this system, printed circuit boards can be buffered using the LiFo (Last In-First Out) principle.

With this system, printed circuit boards can be buffered using the FiFo (First In-First Out) principle.
