MP elektronik has been developing and producing drying cabinets at the Svitávka site in the Czech Republic since 2012. Thanks to close development cooperation with notable customers from the automotive industry, the drying cabinets impress with high-quality workmanship and many tracking functions. In addition to standard series, MP elektronik specializes in individual configurations: the drying cabinets can be customized in terms of both features and dimensions to meet specific customer requirements.
Depending on the model, MP Dry combines drying, heating and a nitrogen unit: This way, an optimal result can be achieved for every requirement (re-drying time, material thickness, moisture level).
Each compartment has an independent drying unit including a humidity sensor, so that individual values can be set for each compartment.
Glass doors allow an overview without having to interrupt the drying process by opening the doors. At the same time, double glazing and cabinet insulation prevent energy loss.
Each drying cabinet is equipped with a highly accurate sensor from the Swiss company ROTRONIC, factory-calibrated and delivered with a calibration protocol.
Auditors are pleased that every door opening is accurately logged and what happened during the opening process. Access rights can thus be controlled via RFID.
Whether it's a loaded feeder, a pick-by-light system or a simple reel rack – MP Dry offers numerous organization systems and tracking options for material storage.
The MP Dry Cabinets can be equipped with the Pick-by-Light technology from Inovaxe. The chaotic storage principle allows full utilization of all available storage locations. The smart systems recognize where which material has been stored and guide the operator during retrieval with light signals (Pick by Light).
The cabinets can be monitored remotely and an alarm system can be used via an Ethernet connection.
In addition to standard variants, customized configurations are also possible: size, width, door configurations and interior fittings are freely selectable.
All MP Dry Cabinets can be individually extended and equipped with additional options, e.g. cooling systems, etc., to meet your specific requirements.
The ST series from MP Dry is made of stainless steel and features a fully insulated housing design that ensures low power consumption. This makes the ST series suitable for clean room environments. Included as standard is a heating unit that can reach up to 60°C, with an optional upgrade to 70°C. The ST dry cabinets are available in three sizes as standard.
Three individually height-adjustable shelves are included per unit. The individual compartments can be controlled individually and have an independent drying unit including a humidity sensor.
The door design can be customized and the interior of the cabinet can also be equipped with roller trays, roller containers or Inovaxe modules. It is even possible to store equipped feeders in the MP Dry Cabinet. If necessary, a cooling unit can be integrated to keep the temperature below a certain limit.
The affordable LR series can also be individually configured for the ST series. However, the housing is powder-coated and therefore not suitable for clean rooms. The LT series achieves re-drying temperatures of up to 40°C. The LT drying cabinets are available in three sizes as standard.
Three shelves that can be individually adjusted in height are included as standard for each unit.
Curing solution for printed circuit board coating and potting applications
With heating up to 140°C and a programmable temperature profile (5 stages as standard), the T140 ensures fast and reliable results. Operator safety is guaranteed by a dedicated rapid cooling system with an electric exhaust damper and an electromagnetic locking system. This system helps ensure that the cabinet remains locked until it has reached a safe temperature for opening.
