Cooling Cabinets by MP Dry

MP elektronik has been developing and producing cooling systems at the Svitávka site in the Czech Republic since 2012. In addition to standard series, MP elektronik specializes in individual configurations: the cooling systems can be customized in terms of both the fittings and the dimensions to meet the specific needs of the customer.

Cooling Cabinets by MP Dry

  • Flexibility

Each compartment has its own cooling unit, so that individual values can be set for each compartment.

  • Complete overview

Glass doors provide an overview without the need to open the doors and interrupt the cooling chain. At the same time, the cabinet insulation ensures that no energy is lost.

  • High-quality Rotonic sensor

Each cooling cabinet is equipped with a highly accurate sensor from the Swiss company ROTRONIC, factory-calibrated and delivered with a calibration protocol.

  • RFID access

Auditors are pleased that every door opening is accurately recorded and what happened during the opening process. Access rights can thus be controlled via RFID.

  • Digital recording and evaluation

The cabinets can be monitored remotely and an alarm system can be used via an Ethernet connection.

Solutions for cooling

MP Cooling Cabinet T05

MP's T05 cooling cabinets, available in three standard sizes, are used primarily for storing solder paste. A powerful cooling unit inside the cabinet, together with perfect insulation, enables temperatures below 0 °C to be maintained with ease.

The special highlight: access from both sides for more control and faster access. The front side is only used to remove the material whenever it is needed. New material is stored at the back, which means that the system automatically counteracts unwanted aging of the stored materials. Access can be precisely logged and controlled via RFID.

The big advantage over a refrigerator from an electrical retailer: in the event of a system failure, the Cooling Cabinet sends a message via an Ethernet connection, so you don't run the risk of your entire stock of solder paste going off. The auditor is also pleased with the precise logging of all storage data.

MP Freezing System T-24

Do you require storage temperatures below 0°C? Then the MP Freezing System T-24 could be the right solution for you: a powerful cooling unit inside the housing, combined with perfect insulation, enables temperatures as low as -24°C, making it easy to maintain the programmed temperature level.
