Goods receipt has never been so easy: The goods receipt scanner automatically recognizes the labels even without prior training and reads out the data.

An optimized camera system ensures short cycle times for data acquisition: The camera captures a high-resolution image of all labels and stores it for traceability purposes.

Thanks to optimized document evaluation using OCR character recognition, entire delivery notes can now be captured: Automatic matching of the scanned product numbers with the delivery bill is thus possible.

The incoming goods scanner outputs a new label with a unique ID for each detected component roll. The readback function ensures that the correct label was applied to the correct roll. Incorrect stocking due to incorrectly labeled material is thus avoided.

Process optimization beyond goods receipt: AI algorithms automatically determine the reel diameter during the scanning process. Component reels that cannot be processed by the pick-and-place operator are thus not stored at all.
