LoaduingMaster 3000
A sophisticated workpiece carrier circulation system makes the LoadingMaster 3000 a inline-capable automation solution for laser-depaneling: The panel is fed to the laser-depaneler in the workpiece carrier via a conveyor belt or a magazine loader and automatically collected after the separation process.
After collection, the workpiece carriers are returned directly to the loading position, which enables several workpiece carriers to be processed in parallel.
For low mix, high volume:
CuttingMaster CX
As an automation solution for low-mix, high-volume production, the CuttingMaster Cx eliminates the need for workpiece carriers: The panel is fixed in the system with a precisely fitting clamp. After the separation process, the panel is transferred to an application-specific fork solution and transported out of the system. Both individual circuit boards and frame remnants can be collected automatically or manually.
The parallel processing of panels on the CuttingMaster Cx ensures short cycle times: The next panel can already be separated during collection.
