Smart Storage Solutions by Inovaxe
With its intelligent storage solutions, Inovaxe brings structure to warehousing - despite the chaotic storage principle: materials can be placed anywhere on the shelf. The storage system registers the material type and storage location and can guide the operator via light signals when removing materials. Inovaxe brings order to the warehouse and minimizes line downtimes, as there is no longer any need to search for reels; the material flow to the pick and place machine is optimized.
An intelligent storage system is not limited to component reels: Inovaxe offers storage solutions for all SMD materials used in production. The variety of smart racks ranges from the storage of components (also in MSD drying cabinets) to stencils and bar stock. These are available as fixed storage systems or as mobile systems that can be used for transportation between the warehouse and the production line.

The chaotic storage principle allows the system to be fully utilized: Reels can simply be stored in any free spaces. The system records the storage location of the material.

For error-free material removal, the system guides the operator with light signals during removal. If the operator makes a mistake, a warning signal sounds and a red warning light flashes.

INOVAXE storage solutions can be connected to ERP systems as well as to Europlacer's placement solutions.

Flexible to use
Storage systems from INOVAXE can be used flexibly: The storage solutions can be used as complete storage systems, as individual modules, as mobile solutions or as intermediate storage on the line.

Optimized material flow
The system calculates whether there are still enough components on a reel and, if necessary, removes several reels from storage. This brings transparency to material availability and also simplifies the inventory process.

Smart storage solutions for the SMD-warehouse
InoCart Series
The Inocarts store component reels from 7" to 15" from 8 to 56mm. Whether as an open, mobile solution, a mobile rack with sturdy housing and individually lockable levels, or as a permanently installed storage system, all systems guide the operator and make storage and retrieval fast and uncomplicated.

InoCart Smart MSD Series
The Smart MSD Ino Cart prevents the components from microcracking during the reflow-process by controlling the humidity in each chamber.
- Mobile solution with 32 trays
- Can accommodate rolls up to 13" as well as trays, raw circuit boards and packaging
- A chamber goes back to < 5% relative humidity in < 4 minutes
- The system detects when a tray is opened and closed
Stencil storage
The smart stencil storages were developed to increase the speed of storing and retrieving soldering stencils. Each stencil can be stored or retrieved in less than 10 seconds. The systems are equipped with a sensor that notices stencils being stored or retrieved as well as with a pick by light system, that shows the operator where the stencils are located at.
AGV solution
The smart component reel storage systems from INOVAXE do not only guide the operator with pick-by-light which reels are to be removed, they now also deliver missing material to the line in combination with an AGV.
